Mango & Moringa (Zogale) Smoothie

Gram for gram, zogale leaves contain more vitamin C than oranges; more vitamin A than carrots; more calcium than milk; more potassium than bananas; more iron than spinach; and a comparable quality of protein to that in eggs and milk. In addition, they are believed to contain approximately 46 types of oxidants, 90 nutrients and 18 amino acids. Kickstart your day by adding some oats to the blender for a satisfying breakfast.
